How is my order packaged for shipping?

To ensure peak freshness, your order is packed in a reusable insulated cooler with dry ice or gel packs. Our packaging is designed to maintain a safe temperature throughout transit.

When can I expect my delivery?

We ship orders Monday through Thursday for arrival within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gourmet selection leaves our facility.

Do I need to be home to receive my package?

No signature is required for most deliveries. The carrier will leave the package at your door; however, we recommend unpacking and refrigerating or freezing your items as soon as possible.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact our customer service team within 15 days for a replacement or refund.

Can I include a personalized gift message?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a complimentary gift message that will be printed on the packing slip included with your order.
